First and foremost we do the following things before any programming begins:
Assemble control unit:
Install base cards
Install SD cards
Install license card
Update firmware on:
Once the system is assembled and all firmware is updated we then begin to start programming your system.

Set IP address on control unit to work with your network
Program anolog line settings and income call routes
Program your Auto Attendant:
Day and Night Welcome Greeting

Day and Night menu announcements

Set extension length
Program user names into the system
Assign user to extention (“Ext. 100 Customer Service, Ext. 101 Sales, Ext 102 Billing…”)
Hunt Group Programming:
Assign extensions to hunt group
Group Ring Options
Voice Mail Programming:
Set up Voice mail for each user.
